    The mission of the Eloy Municipal Airport is to encourage and advance the safe and orderly development of aviation in the City of Eloy.

  2. City Attorney

    The City Attorney’s Office is committed to providing the highest quality legal representation possible to meet the present and future needs of the City of Eloy in an efficient and effective manner.

  3. City Clerk

    The mission of the Office of the City Clerk is to provide exceptional customer service to the citizens of Eloy and our surrounding areas.

  4. City Manager

    The City Manager, who is appointed by the Mayor and City Council, is responsible for implementing the goals and policies of the City Council and managing the daily operations of municipal government, which includes finance and budgeting, community and economic development, human resources, police, public works, library, airport, cemetery, and parks and recreation.

  5. Community Development

    The Community Development Department provides design guidance, reviews zoning and subdivision applications, and shapes public policy related to growth and development.

  6. Downtown Development

    The mission of the Downtown Development Department is to recruit business, encourage economic development, revitalize and promote downtown Eloy, support existing business, and act as a liaison between diverse interest groups and government.

  7. Finance

    The Finance Department is responsible for all financial management activities for the city in addition to directing the collection and disbursement of public funds.

    The mission of the Eloy Police Department is to improve the quality of life by reducing the fear and incidence of crime, to recognize and resolve problems, and to fulfill the public safety needs of the citizens of Eloy.

  13. Public Works

    The Public Works Department is responsible for the continued preservation and improvement of the City infrastructure. The 7 divisions within the department work cooperatively and conscientiously to provide safe, reliable and cost-effective essential public services.
