A municipal animal care and rabies control facility that services communities of Pinal County. PCACC strives to continue to be a humane lifesaving operation, that provides quality care for homeless animals while servicing the public, keeping communities educated, and ensuring the safety of people and animals in Pinal County.

City Manager
The City Manager, who is appointed by the Mayor and City Council, is responsible for implementing the goals and policies of the City Council and managing the daily operations of municipal government, which includes finance and budgeting, community and economic development, human resources, police, public works, library, airport, cemetery, and community services.

The Community Development Department provides design guidance, reviews zoning and subdivision applications, and shapes public policy related to growth and development.

Eloy Fire District
Currently, the Eloy Fire District serves over 10,300 residents in an area over 55 square-miles, including Interstate 10 and 8, State Highways 84 and 87, and the Union Pacific Railway.

Eloy Justice Facility (Municipal Court)
The Municipal Court's mission is to ensure that individuals appearing before the court or seeking services from the court are treated equally, impartially, and fairly.

The Public Works Department is responsible for the continued preservation and improvement of the City infrastructure. The 7 divisions within the department work cooperatively and conscientiously to provide safe, reliable and cost-effective essential public services.
