Our Mission

The mission of the Eloy Santa Cruz Library is to ensure that the people of the City of Eloy and surrounding areas have the right and means to free and open access to the ideas and information which are fundamental to a democracy. The Library will protect intellectual freedom, promote literacy, encourage lifelong learning, and provide library materials and information assets. Additionally, the library will support the curriculum for the Santa Cruz Valley Union High School.

Library Resources

A wealth of information awaits you at the Eloy Santa Cruz Library. The Library’s automated catalog system allows both simple and complex information searches from any terminal in the system. Customers can choose from audio CDs, books, downloadable audio books, DVDs, ebooks, magazines, new releases, special collections, streaming video and more.

To borrow any of these materials, all you need is a Eloy Santa Cruz Library card. Free library cards are available to all residents of Pinal County. Learn how to apply for your library card.

  • Fax Machine (first five pages are free, $0.50 per page after)

  • Interlibrary Loan Program
  • Wii, Xbox ONE, Xbox 360, Nintendo DS Lite, and PS3 gaming consoles for use in the library on designated days (call for more info)
  • Free wireless internet, accessible inside and from parking spaces around the library
  • Weekly entertainment including console gaming, board games, and HD movies
