Curbside Recycling Program

The City of Eloy and Waste Connections of Arizona (formerly Right Away Disposal) would like to take this opportunity to better acquaint you with the guidelines of your current waste and recycling program. Please take a few minutes to review the following information, which includes our holiday schedule, cart placement, your service days for same day trash and recycling, recycling Do's and Don’ts and other related topics. Our goal is to provide the best possible service and information. By following these guidelines it will assure seamless and consistent service.

  • Please place both garbage and recycling carts out the night before pick up, or by 6:00 am on your service day (see service day map).
  • The City of Eloy has a strict Bag and Tie policy, all garbage is to be bagged and tied to reduce potential spills, fly breeding and odor.
  • Provide ample service space by placing the containers three (3) feet apart and ten (10) feet away from other items such as cars, light posts and mailboxes.
  • Recycle material is to be placed into the container loosely.
  • Yard waste, Styrofoam and plastic bags are not allowed in the recycle container, and these items are considered trash.
  • Learn more about the "Do's & Don'ts" of Recycling here.
  • Continued abuse of your recycling container will result in its removal.
  • Additional waste carts may be purchased for $5.00 per month and will be billed in addition to provided standard service. To sign up for this service, please call the City of Eloy Finance Department at 520-464-3401.
