Owner-Occupied Housing Rehab Program

The City of Eloy has an established Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program to assist qualified residents with housing rehabilitation services.

The City applies for competitive grants such as Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), State Housing Funds HOME, Rural Development United States Department of Agriculture, and State Special Project (SSP) funds to provide housing assistance to qualified individuals or families.  Staff also provides housing-related counseling and referrals to other agencies when necessary.

An application is available to be placed on the waiting list for these services.
