1. My drains are backing up, will the City come out to unclog them?

The City is responsible for sewer from tie-in to individual properties outward to the City's main lines. If you are experiencing trouble with sewer/drains, please call the Public Works to attempt to clear the lines. The technicians are able to determine if the blockage is on a resident's property or within the City's area of responsibility.

2. There is a strong smell of sewage near the manhole/storm drain, who is responsible and what can be done about it?

Please contact Public Works to send out utility operators to check the lines in the affected area. These areas are the City's responsibility and we appreciate citizens notifying us of any potential problems when they arise.
